3528730 are D11 pads for the Kelsey Hays 4 piston fixed calipers used on A-bodies.*
The NOS ones I have show the manufacturer as Cycleweld.

*I think most people on FABO will assume that, but thought it worth clarifying as Chrysler also used other K-H disk brakes.
