on a 2003 jeep grand Cherokee I changed the fluid and filter and now the trans don't work, what's the deal? I had a sensor code but I reset it but the trans won't work at all and it was working fine before, please help before the wife kills me#-o

If it was ran with low fluid or overfilled it could be full of foam. Let it sit a few hours, start it in neutral and check the fluid level.

You probally need to start by removing transmission pan again and check to make sure filter is seated fully. there is a o-ring on the filter snout and if it is fully seated in the valve body or pinched the transmission will have a hard time building pressure. hope this helps
