I believe the company is jim beam, I got it as a xmas gift this year, it was made in 1992. I'm not sure if they make them anymore, sorry :(
but I'll look around and let ya'll know what i find.
 
yea the red one is very special i'd guess, mine is the 340 six pack t/a model with the original box.
