Did you ever check the timing and if the distributor is turning while trying to start it?If the rotory button isn't turning it could the dist.,timing chain or gaers or there is a shaft under the dist. that goes to the rear of the cam by way of gears.Sometimes these break or get stripped.

well new dist parts including pickup n still no fire. mine as well replace everything the only part left is the ecu... gon sit for a while i guess all my lunch moneys already spent

now what i really dont get is how it was fine two days ago.

Ok now that you have spent all you money, go back and read this/your thread and spend the time to unerstand all the test that have been sugested, fallow then with out jumping up to replace a part........and it will be fixed.

fixing a problem is EASY!! Finding then is the HARD part!

well it was the icm.. sparked right up. rayer: however what i replaced needed replacing anyhow so i guess its not money wasted

and also the new control modules come with 4 plugs, not 5 now its finally time for winter tires and heat!

Glad you got it fixed. Save the old parts that were still good just in case you need one for an emergency.

What is wrong with your HEAT?

I am jealous, that your fixing yours....I daily drive my 74 Dart Sport with no heat because the heater core is leaking, and I have it bypassed till I can get the time to pull the unit and replace the evaporator and heater core.

I have great airflow, but no heat......rotest:

well there was no core only the back part of the box and a working motor :headbang:

ordered a box from a 72 dart n used some of the parts, so now i can see out of my window when its 20 outside n yes, it is nice
