Not to bad for sitting out four weeks

Well I came up against a tough racer 2nd round and thought I was all over that light but I may have come off slow. Kick back tonight and be ready for tomorrow. Matt had work to do so he isn’t coming over till later tomorrow. I told him he can drive my car Sunday if he wants to. Hey they fed us good again.

This car hasn’t been right steering wise for well Over a year. I think I finally have a good car again and now it’s time to work on the driver. Ill
Probably still change out the steering rack over the winter.
 
Well they added a 5000.00 to win gamblers race that will be starting after 4th or 5th round of the big race. Entering a race at 9:30 at night. Yaaaa I’m an idiot.
 
10-15mph wind all day and it’s so calm at 12:42am. Three cars left for 20,000.00. Beautiful night for an Adult beverage

I hate the tow love the track. It’s tricky once I get past Summit with the motorhome and enclosed trailer. I have to hold my phone so I’m in the right lane around Akron. Track is beautiful and well taken care of. Everytime I get here they did more work. The pits are nice but are grass and dirt. It can get very dusty here at time’s pulling into your pit spot. 400 cars parked and I don’t think anyone is on the right side of the track. Sitting on the hill in your golf cart or quad is fantastic. Some aluminum bleachers but not many. I would recommend this track to anyone.
 
Well I lucked out last night. Paid 100.00 to run that 5000.00 race last night and around 22pm they cancelled it and will try tonight. Well I tried to put the duster in the trailer and it was dead, and I mean dead. Right at the three year warranty. Lol. Well I tried to charge it to get it in the trailer, 2 amp 10 amp,25 amp, 75 amp, and start circuit. I messed around for an hour and got it to 11.7 amps and it started. Even with the water pump and fuel pump off it wouldn’t go over 12.2 volts. It’s shot. Ran to town and paid 280.00 for another Sears Platinum battery and got it race ready.

Well first round came and I parked in the lanes really wrong today. Nasty Nick Hastings is lined up with me. This guy has won more money than almost anyone I know. But guess who won.

This car is junk. Over two days, 10-15 mph winds yesterday.

6.0580 time trial
6.0773 first round
6.0708 second round
6.0778 first round today.

I need a better tuner.
