Did you start engine with no belts? Belts aligned ?
Id start there. Sounds like a pulley bearing

Yes, I did pull the twin A/C-alternator belts and it DID stop the sound
(The waterpump runs of a different belt)
I actually put about 20 miles on it, with those twin belts off and did not hear a peep

So I am sure it is a belt, alternator bearing or A/C bearing issue
 
so I remembered today I had a second sending unit for this oil pressure gauge kicking around

cleaned that up, installed it, and oil pressure is right back up where it was
(went to school again today, so I could recreated the trip under the same circumstances and the oil pressure was right back up to 45-50)

I also put the belt back on, but a little looser then before, and no squeal either
