Yep just fitted my Dr Diff ones and you hard against the rails so dont see how could gain any additional width
mine was an older kit from who I don't know , advertised at 3/4'' , seller said they would not work on his a body , I had to hammer the frame rail carefully to get the front hangars to line up with the holes , the offset rears "were 3/4'' , I had already ordered a Dana 60 Detroit locker , and disc brakes , with the spring seats set in 3/4'' , the Dana 60 fell into the seat holes perfectly .
This is on a 68 fastback , slightly hammered the inner fender wells in the spots that are (humped) lack of a better description , did stretch the front of the fender wells to the inner fender panel , before painting , keeping the exact stock curve and shape , running 295 60 d15`s on 8 1/2'' rims , been that way for 12ish yrs. or more , no rubbing , works well .
Oh yeah , the inner fender panels are rolled some .
