Has anyone used these? I assume they're used to help correct the increase in negative camber when the font end is sacked out. But are they worthwhile for a car that isn't going to be slammed super low?

Yes, they work great.

They are orginally intended to help rusty cars with sagging in shock towers or car that have been in accident and have bent shock towers or other parts.

BUT most people, and myself, use them to get more postive caster.

BUT if you want to install them for increased positive caster you have to DISREGARD the packaged installation instructions and install them like this:
