Mine does it when I WOT, I noticed there is supposed to be a small o-ring on the stick; make sure it's there.

I do not have that O-ring, Hmmm that might be perhaps why! Time to run to the hardware store. Thanks for that tip, I didnt know that.
Does it smoke at all ? Not the dip stick tube, the engine .

No it doesnt.
THAT'S GOOD :color: I repaired/replaced a head gasket that blew out between two cylinders
back in the day on a 340 and the first sign was oil pushing out the dip stick tube a little.

Too high a liquid level in the crankcase(option #3), but usually accompanied by smoking out the TP.
Did this start happening with the latest tuning run? Might be timing related. 
Wrong oil. Seriously, my bet is PCV and or cloged hose connected to it.
Did you ever find/ fix the problem?

ck pcv valve and make sure engine has breather on valve cover on opposite side of pcv valve

Sorry Ray, yes I did find the problem. It was a bad PCV valve. I thought it was good, but I ended up picking up a new one and the problem went away. Not to mention I could hear the new one working
