Oil coming out of dipstick tube

-
Mine does it when I WOT, I noticed there is supposed to be a small o-ring on the stick; make sure it's there.

No it doesnt.

THAT'S GOOD :color: I repaired/replaced a head gasket that blew out between two cylinders
back in the day on a 340 and the first sign was oil pushing out the dip stick tube a little.

Did this start happening with the latest tuning run? Might be timing related. :)

ck pcv valve and make sure engine has breather on valve cover on opposite side of pcv valve

Sorry Ray, yes I did find the problem. It was a bad PCV valve. I thought it was good, but I ended up picking up a new one and the problem went away. Not to mention I could hear the new one working

I'm glad to see you fixed it.

I hope all the "I don't use a PCV & I never had a leak/problem." guys will read this & learn!

Probably not...
