Does anyone know if I can replace the oil pressure warning light bulb on a 66 Dart without removing the instrument panel?

If you have chinesse hands(small)you might be able to get at it.Pulling the instrument cluster would be easier,it,s pretty basic,couple screws,unhook speedo cable,remove h.light and wiper plugs.Good luck.
