Oil spitting out from my breathers

With no PCV valve you will get sludge and carbon build up eventually. You need to vent out unspent gases or they settle back in the engine. JMO

With 10-30 synthetic there was no oil blowby after 600+ miles of driving
I'll go ahead and ask since no one else will. Why were you running synthetic on a new engine? I was under the impression that you needed to run dino oil for at least a few oil changes before switching to synthetic (not that I ever would).

The early pre pcv system was a "road draft tube" they'd run a line down under the car to vent the crankcase the car going down the road created a siphon , it was the vapors and mist but, I imagine the roads were a bit oily in the old days... anyway point is you need to properly vent your system pcv is best and emissions compliant

I was wondering about the Synthetic too, with all of the precautions I take, I always have migration oil leaks almost everywhere. So I will keep the Synthetic in my new vehicles, not in my old stuff.

Yes, I installed a Moroso oil separator breather cap and the issue is resolved.
