Hi, Members .... I need some general guidance here.......,I'm gettin lost.. the 73' Duster (rust repaired) Shell..... I have, is ready for it's 10 point cage from chassis engineering. :thumblef: Subframes (done)
I recently purchased a stock bodied donor car that supposedly ran 12.20 on cheap street tires. It's a Quite Healthy 360 followed by a Rev.Pat 727.. 8-3/4w/4.10's. Now... I'm hoping to get the rust free car initally into the 11's with the cage, subframe and SS spring suspension setup. But I have a Few Questions???
1) Does the Dash have to go in 1st ? (using stock dash for now) or can you wiggle it behind the uprights of the cage, while the windshield is out? Also , I need a source for a headliner. I'm pretty sure that will have to go in before a cage.
2) I ordered a Nhra rule book but havent gotten it yet, At best I think this will be an 11 Sec Car...possibly... maybe 10 Sec Car with NOS, Is a 10 Pt 13/4" mild steel cage enough?

3)Springs in stock location but, SS #3000 Springs. What tire should I fit on 15" wheels running 4.10's? Maybe Caltrac's in future.
