ok, please do not poke fun of me. i think it turned out better than the worst i thought, but not as good as i dreamed last night.lol

so, let me tell you, these are a pain in the arse to paint. now i see why the fee is so exspensive when you get it done the right way.

but i chose to do it myself, as i will drive this car no matter what, as long as there is no snow or salt on the ground.

now all i have to do is pick up a tiny brush, and touch up a few spots, and mark the letters on it, and then put it back together

shoot! it looks good to me.:thumrigh: You should be doing this... \\:D/

If I did it you'd be doing this... ](*,) and this... :dontknow: Me and paint don't get along worth a damn!

I like it as I did the exact same thing! Pain yes, results GOOD!

Good Job,

thanks guys. i appreciate the comments. i am sure we all wish we could do things better, but i look at it as it cost me 24.00 for the paint and materials. rather than 479. then 75 more for the glove box piece, and even more after you get the lenses redone too.

looks very good,
what paints did you use? crome in a can over a black from a rattle can?

Turned out Great :colors: When you get it installed it will look perfect
I can smell the paint from here  and seeing the tape sure brings back memories :glasses2:
Job well dun 340plot :thumbrig:
