People mount sliders like that all the time. Really not an issue if welded properly. I'm not the best welder but some of those welds look to be done on the cold side.

i agree..i dont like the looks of them at all... and in such an easy place no need for poopoo welds for sure.. i weld good ...but have no welder... i will get one because i want this done different... there are other welding things i need done and ... time for a welder...lol

they were 326 bucks to the shop door.... not bad good quality... buuutttt one of the frame bends was off on one of the,,, great quality though... it had to be heated to correct that bend at the shop... so if you get a pair ensure they are bent right before diving in... look through the site youll find the A body mopar rails in there 282 plus ship for both...your going to pay 300 for stockers plus shipping and they are nowhere close to the beefyness.

he has full frame also...front to back... another option if you need to address the front also...
