I believe from the driver side. Good shape as shown. Has dust shield, washer, nut, and crown.

I will have to agree with JD, that looks to be drivers side, i have 73 to 76 spindles on my 66, and the caliper mount to the rear top of the spindle mr.raider
 
When running 67 through 72 K member with the sway bar the way it is they need switched around to where the calipers will be at the rear that's when that will work on the other side and longer brake hose installed...Jackie is 100% correct
