I was going to wait to post my find but I saw a big fish and it got my hart pumping.70 dart.

My son drives a toe truck and about 3 week's ago he pulled a 91 dodge Dekota out of a ditch, It is a SE 318 magnum two wheel drive with body damage on one side red cloth int a/c that work's tilt cruze long box.
No blow by and the motor is smooth and quite.
Under the hood I found new hoses, plug's,plug wire's and serpentine belt.
5.2 throttle body that can get it. No smoke just from two back tire's when I test drove it.
I am back in a dodge again and my wife can drive the jeep every day and not hitch a ride with her frend. She is very happy.

cost to make my wife and me happy = 500 dollar's

Yup, the Magnum first year for a 318 was 92!

Hey Memike what happeneed to your new big block truck?

Yep you guy's are right It is a LE v/8 EFI not a SE, and it is a LA eng.
I have been driving it most of the day and it is doing great.
Did the disinfectant thing and Glass, And vacuumed wash job and then
my son used it to move his dog and and dog house. :sad1:
I am still waiting for ot to come home.

I will get some pic's of it later
And show you what a five hundred dollar truck look's like. :salute:

The bed seem's to be a mile long when you look in it.
More room for goodies

This truck is very sound. And the a/c and cruse works
The damage on the drivers side was dun in the wreck when he ditched it
new rotor's and pad's first.
The wife is enjoying her car now every day.

My son hooked me up with this for 500 dollars :headbang:

:coffee2: Well let's just say it did not work out.
Thank's for asking.

Not bad for $500. I would imagine that you could turn around and sell it for $750 if you wanted. I'll bet if you pulled the door panel and can get behind the bed sides, a rubber mallet could smooth out those dents a little.

Yep ramcharger you are right.
I have already pulled some of it out on the bed before I took the pic's
you could see the frame on the driver's side.
To tell you the truth I would not sell it for 750. I am going to drive the 500 dollar's worth out of it and more I hope. :toothy7:
It don't look like much, But when you are inside it and driving it feel's like a 2.000 dollar truck. The truck is very quiet and my son said I should do some dual pipes and I said no way I like it quiet. It has a ton of power and I can pull my boat and go A body shopping with it.
I will post pic's when I get it straitened out.

Thank's ramcharger

That looks like a screaming good deal Mike. Glad to see you posting this morning, I was reading the CNN news a few minutes ago and they were talking about Tornadoes ripping through Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri last night and this morning and immediately thought of you. Hope all is well and stays well. :coffee2:

Thank's Rob!!
The bad weather stayed about 40 mile's north of me.
They say there was hail the size of tennis ball's.

But we dodged the bullet this time :toothy7:

Glad to hear you're ok Mike, that's some seriously scary weather you guys get in the south sometimes, hurricanes, tornadoes, brutal stuff. I saw a car from the prairies some years ago that had gone through one of thsoe golf ball sized hail storms, it was basically totalled, you just couldn't justify trying to pull and fill the thousands of dents. You sure wouldn't want your prized Mopar going through something like that. Last I heard the storm was moving south east of you, I hope there isn't too much damage to those in it's way.
