Opening a PM

How do you open a PM that was read but I didn’t have time to respond to? I can’t open any PM that I’ve already read.

I used to be able to do it.

I can get into the PM inbox. Once I’m there I can open anything unless it has an unread message in it. If I have read the message and then try to respond to it later I can’t open it again to respond.

after you click the envelope, a drop down box will open. At the bottom is a link to SHOW ALL -- click that
