I had Oregon regrind my cam and lifters. $109 for the cam a $6.00 each for 12 lifters. I got a 1410 grind which is 218/226 @ .050, 262/270 adv., .441/.449 lift, 112 LSA.

That is supposed to be a cam well suited for 9.5 compression, 3,000# car, manual transmission. My machine shop cleaned up the bowls and did what they call a "performance" port and chamber job. New valves and bronze guides. 340 springs and retainers from Comp. 100# on the seat, 275# @ .455 lift.

I'm part of the cast crank rod group purchase. I'm using long rods and 2.2 Chrysler pistons.

Ken really likes that grind. He made one for my low compression (9:1) 340, but I decided on a SFT instead after the heads were decked.
