Most connectors with flat spade terminals inside are termed "57 terminals" or "Packard 57". Packard refers to an electrical company, not the car. They were used on most Mopar and GM in the 60's and 70's. I bought a box of various ones new off ebay, so search.
If you search for "automotive terminals" on google, you will find a page where a guy spent much time identifying various connectors up to ~1990 (Weather-pack, Metri-pak, etc).
Other connectors in A-bodies are "bullet" type (1-pos. turn signal indicators, 2-pos distributor pickup), though not all are the same diameter or length.
The column connector in the 60's was fairly unique and I never found a name or source for parts. It is similar to many Ford connectors.
