I'm looking on recommendations for an outdoor cover. We just got the Scamp painted and want to try to keep the paint looking good as long as possible. This is one day later - Chrysler Dark Sherwood green with yellow oak pollen highlights.

I bought one from Pep Boys for about $80. Would not recommend it. Two years and its ready for the trash.

This is one of those things its worth spending the money for a good one.

I could be wrong, but I would never put a car cover on a freshly painted car. Maybe after 30 days or so.....

California Car Covers has a really good reputation for their products.

The Scamp looks super in that color...Really nice

Thanks - my son Otto made the decision on the Chrysler Sherwood Green...

i didn't know but it sounds like we should wait until the paint has had time to vent in the sun until we use a cover. I will plan on one though for this fall.
