Does anyone know how to remove the glass in n outside mirror ?

The glass itself is glued to a thin sheet metal back board. A heat gun will soften the stuff so the glass can be pryed away with nylon or wooden tools. Good luck.

3M weatherstrip adhesive or trim tape. I've used both.
