Can it be a reproduction? There are companies that make repo plates but in most cases they can not be used on the street.

In PA. you cant run them on your car. You just have to register it.

Ok I just ordered one. CHUCKSPLATES.COM I found out that the plates are embossed with the year 58 but have a 62 sticker. They didn't emboss them with the year 62. They were even embossed with the year 58 up to the year 64 with the 64 sticker.
