Yes. We are always told that we should eat right, exercise and get enough sleep. I would bet that sleep is the one that people don’t adhere to. When I was working, it was sometimes hard to get enough sleep. Now that I’m retired, I’m making up for it!Getting good and enough sleep is so important it's it's pathetic. I was just readin an article today about how lack of sleep is directly related to early deaths.

I should start planning my funeral. I don't sleep well. I toss and turn after about 3 am. I get plenty of sleep though, it just takes 24 hours to get it all. I sometimes take a 20 min snooze in the morning and usually one in the PM as well. If I am home and start nodding off, I won't fight it. Most nights, when I wake up to go to the bathroom, I can't sleep after that. I do the nap thing, too. But if I nap too long, I don't sleep the next night.
