Painless harness question(Gauge Cluster)

Hey Guys,

Question for anyone that may have done it before. Is it possible to use an original gauge cluster with the painless mopar kit? I'd like to use the original connector (the grey round one) that the factory clusters used. Has anyone seen a diagram or anything for it?

Sure you might have to do a bit of "custom wiring"

American AutoWire supplies a pretty good set of instructions with their retrofit kit. I'm sure you could order a pack of the correct terminals from them and use their kit's instructions as a guide. As shown in their kit, I suggest building a pigtail to your harness that can easily be connected/disconnected under the dash, so you aren't man handling the connector and potentially cracking the dash pins..
