paint on 69 valiant

I'm in the process of purchasing a basket case 69 Valiant and I'm starting to dream about the possible build and I'm kind of liking the idea of a matte paint and/or clear.Does this Valiant look like it has a matte clear on it to you or just a flat paint like hot rod flatz

I like the way the grille opening and hood match the scoop. Like it was designed for that cars front end .

That would be a cool nose on a 70 Duster

hard to tell but it looks like its just regular base coat without the clear top coat.

I put one of these fronts on my scamp. looks AMAZING. Like it better than the Sharktooth.

So not to threadjack.

i like the matte finish idea. back in the early 2000's honda had a motorcycle called the 919 that had a color called Matte Uranium that is very nice. Its my color of choice if i ever get that far with my Scamp.
