painted some trim , with rust -oleum says on can good for plastic, dries quick, well it never never did dry completely, still tackie, after i week in house drying . any suggestions ? thanks

What color?

I've had about 75% bad luck with silver in particular not drying.

I have had mixed experiences with Rustoleum over the years. Their High Build lacquer based rattle bomb primer is good, but I pretty much stopped buying/using their spray can paints. Their regular spray paints have, at times, remained tacky for me. I usually use either Dupli Color (FIRST choice if I can find it in the color I need) or Krylon. Krylon covers well and dries fast. Dupli Color has a good range of colors, their spray pattern is awesome and it dries fast. They also have an amazing High Build lacquer based rattle bomb primer that I use a lot. They also have a very good line of paints for plastics. SEM has excelent Plastics paints also, but they are pricy.

I painted my Cabinets with Rustoleum Red. Added some left over Urethane hardener to it, thinned and sprayed. Dried to touch in 1 hour.
