I want to repaint my steering wheel that is in my Charger? I want to make sure the paint stays and not peel off.

Cliff, I just did mine in fact I did my whole column. you can use regular spray any color you want use sem adhesion promoter and 2K clear. Check out my thread.

Thanks everyone I will check it out closer after I get home in the morning

whats 2k clear?

2k clear coat
comes rght in an aerosol can with the activator already in
their. Make sure you where a respirator when you spray it
it has some nasty chemicals in it. You can get it through Eastwood.
about $20 A can good stuff!

I've heard of people spraying Plasti-Dip on the steering wheel but I don't know how it holds up. The good part is that it's about 5 dollars a can at Home Depot and it peels off in a sheet once you don't want it anymore. It might be a good fix until you can figure out a good way to paint it.

Plasti dip sounds like it will help with extra grip
