Its supposed to be for a 1967 Dodge Dart GT however I changed to disc brakes in the rear and this wouldn't work. I seem to remember looking at it before I removed the drums and it seemed to be correct....

I found where I got it from but they are no longer selling them but it says Dorman 33385CK-1967-1970 Dodge Dart. Goes from the parking brake handle down to the "Y" where each cable then goes to each wheel.
