One of our club members just finished the build on his gorgeous '62 Plymouth Savoy and rolled it out at our annual club Summer BBQ & Pool Party last weekend. I know it's not an A-body but enjoy the pics of this "black plate" beauty.

Gotta tell you, that 413 Max Wedge motor just pulls and pulls. It never ran out of breath no matter how tight we turned it. Very impressive.

Those early savoys and Polaras (62/63) are some of the nicest looking cars ma mopar produced in my opinion. Found a 64 locally,don't know if it's for sale thou

That is one fine car. Hope to see it at the Labor Day Cruise at the Orange County Fair grounds in Costa Mesa. Would do the MOPAR crowd good to see this one. Very very nice. Love those cars.

Knowing the owner, I can almost guarantee you won't see it at the Labor Day Cruise. It might be at the Veteran's Show in Loma Linda in October (

A good bet to see it will be at our club's display at the Grand National Roadster Show at the Fairplex in Pomona next January (http://www.rodshows.com/gnrs/), maybe at MATS in Las Vegas next year, or almost definitely at our club all-Mopar car show at California School For The Deaf in Riverside, May 19, 2013.
