When logged in, punch "home" on the top of the page, or otherwise get to a page where your "User CP" is shown at the left of the page
Punch "User CP" will expand the control panel menu
Scroll down to "Edit Avatar"
Punch "use custom Avatar"
Select option 1 or 2 depending whether you have a URL to a photo, or one on your puter
follow destructions.
