Pictures?

Hey guys, I have a pic of my car that I would like to use as my avatar but it's too big so I was wondering if anyone knows how to go about making it smaller? thanx

you can use just about any picture program, but if you only have windows then use paint. go in under image, and then stretch and skew. reduce the numbers in equal amounts to resize. go in 10's cause it will go fast. make a backup copy first in case you screw it up.
