I'm typing this on my phone so it might be a little hard to read. I'm installing an A body 4 speed on a 360, the pilot bushing internal diameter was too small, got a new bushing with the right internal and it was too big to push in, any ideas on what's going on, or any possible solutions?

If youre trying to fit a bushing into a crank that was originally an automatic, then you run into this little snafu. You will need a special oilite bushing, available up here at NAPA stores, or the Mopar bearing that registers in the convertor bore. The bearing is the cats meow.
