The car is going to be a street and strip car. I have an upgraded cooling system and forged balenced bottom end. I want to know what would be better moly or cast rings?

They are the same ring, what matters is the finish on the cylinder walls, and your machinist will be able to tell you what you need.
"Moly" rings simply mean the standard cast iron top ring has a molybdenum plasma coated edge where it meets the bore. If the bore finish is not very smooth, the moly will simply be scraped off by the rough surface and then you have iron rings that will need a while to seat to the wall. If you have the right finish, by the time the cam's broken in, the rings will have almost fully seated on the bore and the ring land.

The bore is fresh from the machine shop. The bore is 4.35 and the ring sizes are 5/64 5/64 3/16. Does anyone know where to get a good set of moly rings. the only rings i can find are on summit from sealed power.
