Is there a rubber bushing between the pitman arm and the center link? I'm putting my suspension together after a header install and there seems to be a large gap between the two when I tighten the castle nut down. And where can I get new grease boots for this?
thanks

ps can anyone post a pic of what this is supposed to look like 71 dart

I'm guessing this is it.

That is a seal or rubber boot. Some of them (aftermarket?) I've seen had a sort of foam pad in there "I guess" allegedly to hold the boot in place

hum can't seem to find just those parts have to buy the whole arm to get those. Already checked with the local stores.

You can buy eurothane ones from summit or jeggs. Just need diameter of the shaft where the seal touches the tapered side and the od of the part where the boot touches the arm.
They sell black and red boots.
