Please explain what I think these are.

Ok so Im a bit confused on my flasher situation. I have 3 things that look like flashers to me. 1 is tucked up by the fuse box on the drivers side and is identical to the one that is mounted in a clip next to the ash tray. I believe both of these are flashers correct? Sorry its fuzzy but its says Little Fuse with DOT in a square box and they are identical.

Then I have a much smaller one that is tucked up under the dash between the steering column and ash tray. What is this little one?

Looks light the ignition time delay module for the light above your key.

IIRC one is for the turn signal, one for 4 way hazards.

Yup, the little canister is a mechanical time delay for your key light. Sometimes they work, most of the time they don't.
