ok you had to get the old useless plunger assembly off of the brake rod as I was putting in new MC. Since it is a rubber piece that seems to create the issue, I took my Grandpa s old little oil can and put oil into the back of plunger around the rod and let it sit. I then took two giant files and put them on both sides of plunger ( towel on bottom so as not to scratch everything up ) . Pulled files back towards me ( prying ) and came of. Like butter with very little force.
