Does anyone know if or where I can find a company that sells a challenger style hood for valiant?

You probably need to be more specific....what kind of Challenger hood? You've got what? Three different generations to pick from? Shaker? Twin scoops? Flat? T/A

What year Valiant? Prince Valiant? We're not mind readers....

I assume he means the rt scoop version.
As far as I know there are no makers of that hood you dream of.
Only option is cutting and welding to make your own

I could not find any maker, so I made a 64 cuda hood into a 74 two scoop cuda hood . (lots of work)
