One thing I learned over and over in 25 years of supervising and hiring is that empowered intelligent women are among the most rewarding and challenging employees with whom one can be associated, and by challenging I mean that in the best way; I mean they pull you up, make you stay at the top of your game just to keep up with 'em. You go, Rani.
 
Oh deer huh. This one was right out here behind the house a couple hundred yards, had just bred a doe, chased off another buck and was walking straight in to the grunt call, Carried that grunt call hunting prob'ly 30 years and first time it ever really worked.

For scale, that's a 90 lb. dog. I go out to Mercer County on the other end of PA where I used to live to get a doe every year; the corn-fed deer out there are much bigger.
