Yep, I read that. Seems like 3" pipes would be awfully tight going that route but it just might work. I could always get another gas tank and try sectioning it too.

I know alot of people say 3" is way to big for a 318, but I love it! I think it sounds amazing and it didn't seem to lose any power either. I highly recommended it for anyone looking for a loud, deep, ground pounding exhaust system.

This one is in my '84 Dodge D50 truck, don't kill me because its not an A-Body. :D

273 with 587 heads, 10.5 Compression, 340 Intake & 850 Thermoquad (no choke at the moment), .500 Lift cam.

2.25" Dual Exhaust with shorty glasspacks (12" overall length) and 360 Truck Manifolds (could probably fit a set of universal shorty headers in the truck)

Missed this thread until now.

I just took a video yesterday after installing my new gibson offset wide mouth tips. so i guess this is about as good a thread as any to post the video in LOL.

If you want more info on what my set up is and what all my exhaust is....feel free to either check out my build thread ( link in my signature below) or send me a PM.
