power boster 1972

hi, my power brake boster has two vacuum lines one small and one regular. what is the small one for and where does it go? ive seen some with one, this one has two, maybe a access of some kind?? do i block it off or run a second vac. line. does it go to the heater controls or anything like that.

cap the small port off unless you have cruise control.
