Power brake booster with the brakets and rod. Should be everything you need to hook it up. Out of a 74 Duster. Worked fine when removed. Don't know what to ask for it?? Offers welcome.
 
Krazy, if it came off a 74 , to my knowledge I believe it will fit 73-76 ....I think the 72 and earlier were different.....someone will chime in soon with more knowledge than me

I have a Holley sticker for your Maytag. Next time I pass by, if I install it on your wife's Maytag, she can blame me for the sticker.
 
The earlier booster was a smaller diameter and longer. This one would fit though.
