First let me say I am not an expert in wiring so advice is appreciated.

I am looking to mount some BMW seats with switches on the side of them to my 72 scamp. Will something like below provide enough juice and little hassle?

Mopar Parts | 70103 | 3 Circuit (2 Ignition Hot, 1 Constant Hot) Circuit Add-On Isolator | Classic Industries

If we assume 20 amps will run the seat motors while you're sitting on, That should work. Provides a fused 20 amp supply to each seat, plus 2 additional if ever needed.

See what the factory fuse is and go from there, put a Yukon bench in a truck for the wife it was pretty simple just one wire going to the switch assy.

Thanks guys,

After looking at the donor car fuse diagram they come with 30A fuses for the seats. Does this mean the kit is a no go or would I be ok to use a 30a fuse in those slots? Or just leave the 20 and hope it doesn't blow?
