power steering gear box for 65 cuda

I got to replace my power steering box on my 65 cuda. I know that the firm feel and steer and gear are probably the best , but also are the most expensive. Has anyone else used a cheaper box such as from Napa or some other parts store. Or should I save up and buy the more expensive one? Is it really worth the extra money? Its a 318 4speed street car. THanks
