anyone know where I can get a power steering pump puller? and also how do you put the pully back on?

You can rent or buy the tool from autozone, it comes in a small case that has both the puller and installer tool.

I assume you mean a pulley puller for a press-on type....Rimac # 344 is the one I use. If you have a plain end shaft (no threads) you'll need a press to get the pulley back on. Doing so almost guarantees a leak in the reservoir unless you replace the O-ring.

that snap on puller is the best but there are 2 jaw pullers that are much cheaper that will work. 20 bucks or so. if you have the press on pulley a lot of them you can just thread a bolt with a nut and washer into the shaft as far in as possible, and use the nut and washer to press the pulley back on. you might have to chase the threads first wit ha tap. id also use a grade 5 or 8 bolt i tried it with a cheap bolt and sheared it off. with the right bolt it worked liek a charm. if you have the type with the nut on th eend of the shaft you should be able to get it on far enough that you start the nut and just tighten it up.
