Power Steering Pump- what is its application

Does anyone recognize this PS pump and know what it goes to?
I'm sure it's a Federal but my PS pump has both ports on the same side and this one has them on opposite sides.

If you know what its fitment is and need it...it's available.

I believe its a TRW/Chrysler pump. Pic of backside will help ID.
