Power Steering Pump

My vote goes for REBUILD.

That way, when you go to put it back on the car...everything lines up just the way it's supposed to because it's the very exact same thing you took off in the first place.
 
100% rebuild. I went through 3 PS pumps from rockauto and each one leaked. Ended up buying a rebuild kit to fix the "rebuilt" one they sent me.
 
If it's a Saginaw pump you're a lucky man. It is the easiest to renew, no press or special tools needed. Several how to vids on Youtube. Most of those are from chevy owners but same pump. Both of my 67 Plymouths had Saginaw pumps. I don't know if Dodge used them.
