I am planning to rebuild the power steering but wondering if I just buy a nice working used power steering. What do you have?

So you have a power steering setup now? If it's not blown up, you can reseal the pump and clean it out with a power steering puller, simple hand tools, and a vise (but not totally necessary).

The kit is like under $20. You can press in a new bushing/bearing. But if it doesn't feel loose, it's probably ok.

autox is right. you can get the 2 seals for the box at local auto parts.
if the steering is sloppy tighten the allen adjuster on the top just a little.

rebuild the pump or buy a new repop.
