Pro Comp "Ready to Run Distributors" Opinions?

I have used several pro comp distributors I bought a bunch of sb chevy hei dist. for 35 bucks ea a few years ago put them in eveything from derby cars to dump trucks. All of them are still running. I wouldnt say they are a performance unit but better than points and for the price you cant beat them. Good, cheap, basic!
 
Cool thanks! Wonder if anyone has run the Mopar versions? Search function doesnt come up with much...
 
I think the tall Magneto version is kinda cool. I would run them, $70 is almost cheaper than NOS, and they look nicer ...with HEI, thats a no brainer.
 
Kinda what I was thinking....but all the Chinese made crap scares me sometimes. Some is ok, some is just fine, some is garbage....crap shoot. But I like the idea of self contained ECU and no ballast/ ext. ECU etc and cleaning up the wiring in the engine bay....temped to pop on one for the hell of it for $70 it may be worth a shot. I'll be the guinea pig!
