Prob a stupid ?

Just getting ready to finish *** engine and noticed both front water jackets on the upper front corner are blocked by head gasket,is this right? Didn't pay attention when I pulled it apart.

The question would be a better one if we knew what engine, Mopar smallblock, Briggs and Stratton or.........

Better description or a pic will really help.

hi, that is correct. the water travels length of block, then comes up to heads at rear then to the front and up through the thermostat . just food for thought
