Problem with your southwest flight???

I hadda drive from KC to South of Memphis on Monday after eating a day in the airport. I was lucky as can be to get a rental car
 
My son in laws mom was just complaining about southwest.

I fly a fair amount & generally I prefer Southwest.. I fly Delta & American allot, I try to avoid United but sometimes their flights fit my schedule.... I flew Spirt once cause it was the only flight available... Never gonna make that mistake again...
 
flying back to Seattle last week Alaska "diverted" me to Boise ID (they never have any ice and snow there!). The first flight they rebooked me on was canceled and then they offered my wife and I a flight 4 days later!!!! Eventually got home after 36 hours in the airport.
